The Tech Aviator ™ RB8313 sunglasses are made of a new bio-material semi-crystalline thermoplastic used in aerospace, automotive, and for medical implant technology. The innovative material provides superior lightness, durability, and comfort in a plastic frame design. The super light injected construction allows the same thickness of the metal Aviator ™ sunglasses. The Ray-Ban ® polycarbonate lenses on the Tech ™ sunglasses are available in P3 polarized with a hydro-oleophobic coating which resists liquids from falling on the lens.
